I requested a home inspection from Blueprint Home Inspection in early April 2024. They had Frank Garner come out to perform the inspection. Upon arriving at the property Frank reached out to let me know he was there and ask me if there was anything I wanted him to look at specifically. He proceeded to perform and write up the best home inspection report I have received. I have had home inspections done on all homes I have purchased or been involved with. In the last five years, I have had 3 done. Frank's report was detailed, items were captured in pictures, and great description on each item were provided. He took the time to inspect all areas and facets of the home and property directly around the home. His report was clear to report safety issues, deficiencies, functioning/nonfunctioning items and general information. I feel confident I have a good understanding of the issues that need to be addressed and those I can accept. I will be recommending Blueprint Home Inspection to all of my friends and family and when I need another in the future, I will be reaching out to Blueprint Home Inspection and specifically to Frank.
